Spiritual Guidance
Support for clarity, trust, and acceptance while moving through life's questions.
Spiritual guidance, meditation, and retreats
A calming, personal space for those seeking peace, acceptance, and inner clarity while living a full human life.
Personal welcome
Wherever you are in life right now, you are not wrong for being there.
Sattva Path Collective was created as a gentle space for spiritual guidance, meditation, and retreats that support you in finding peace within your present moment.
The approach is simple: you do not have to leave your life behind to become spiritual. You can learn to bring stillness, awareness, and acceptance into the life you are already living.
About the path
Dr Nirupama Gupta's path into spiritual guidance began through her own search for light during a difficult season. She understands what it can feel like to walk through uncertainty, questions, and heaviness while still trying to live everyday life.
Over time, meditation and spiritual reflection helped her find more peace, acceptance, and trust in the present moment. She began sharing these reflections through Sattva Path Collective so others could know they do not have to abandon their lives or become someone else to begin healing.
Before this offering took form, Dr Nirupama Gupta spent many years walking paths of study, discipline, and service in different ways. Her early work led her deeply into science, where she earned a PhD in Biochemistry from the University of Michigan Medical School. Her professional life later moved into the IT field, where she continues to work with structure, problem-solving, and project leadership, supported by her PMP certification. Alongside all of this, her study of Hindustani classical vocal music and her journey toward Sangeet Visharad continue to keep her connected to devotion, practice, and inner listening.
Over time, these different paths began to meet in a quieter place. Science taught her to observe with care, technology taught her to work with complexity, music taught her surrender and devotion, and meditation taught her to return to the stillness beneath it all. Spirituality became less about leaving the world behind and more about learning how to live in it with presence, acceptance, and trust.
Her guidance is gentle and grounded. She offers meditation, reflection, and spiritual support for those who are seeking clarity, peace, and a deeper connection with themselves.

Sattva Path Assistant
